Let’s have a 15-30 min coffee (or matcha) chat to see if we’re a good fit. Afterwards, I’ll take a sticky beak at your current website, so I can give you an accurate quote to mull over.
If it’s a heck yes to working together, you’ll get a super fun questionnaire to fill out so I can get to know your kickass business and what you want to achieve with your copy audit (and get inside your head).
I’ll send you an easy client agreement to sign, with a 50% deposit required before we start.
2. CRITIQUE + COMPILE
Now, we’re cooking with gas! I’ll do a full critique of your website copy (up to 5 pages of your choice), and compile all my suggestions into a simple, all-in-one Google doc for you.
3. CLARITY + DELIVERY
Once I’ve completed your audit, the remaining balance will be invoiced to you and due within 7 days. I’ll email your document to you, and you can get cracking on updating your copy like a pro whenever you like.
We meet again! We’ll book a video call so I can walk you through your audit, and you’ll have the chance to ask any burning questions for extra clarity. You’ll get a recording of the video, and then, it’s over to you to make your copy friggin’ amazing to get you booked in the background!

- We’ll start with a 30-min chat. Grab your coffee, tea or macha and let’s see if we’re a good fit. If it feels like we’re already besties, I’ll send you a proposal that outlines what it looks like to work together, and you’ll have the chance to mull it over.
- When it’s a “F yeah, let’s work together!”, you’ll get a super fun, comprehensive questionnaire to fill out so I can learn more about your business and your website goals (and get inside your head so I can give you the best damn copy ever).
- I’ll send you an invoice for a 50% deposit and an easy-to-read contract. Everything will be laid out clearly, and you can ask me any questions you’re unsure about.
- After the contract is signed, it’s on like Donkey Kong. We’ll book in a 60-min 1:1 briefing call to nut out goals and expectations (more coffee required). This gives you space to talk through your vision, ask questions, and feel confident and supported going forward.
2. RESEARCH + WRITING
I research your competitors, create your brand voice moodboard, map, plan and write your SEO-optimised copy. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback to ensure your copy sounds like you and aligns with your vision (honestly, it is SO exciting to see everything come together!)
3. DELIVERY + CELEBRATION
